Today is March 17, 2020. My last update was almost 3 years ago. Today the world, especially the United States is in a world of shock, due in part of the Coronavirus also named CoVid19, which was first found to outbreak in China, a country where not a lot of innoculations are done for newborns or any age group to be honest, and there could be some correlation with this virus which I feel may have been man made so it may take a month or so to find a remedy to help those infected and to keep the spread of this virus from happening again. The virus has crushed the stock market as over a month ago the DOW was over 29,000 and yesterday closed at just over 21,000, the other stock indicatives, NASDAQ & S&P500 have taken hits as well as stockholders panic, sell off their stocks and those who love to speculate wait for the market to bottom out and buy at lower stock prices to make their fortunes for when the market corrects and starts to soar again. We all will get thru this crisis and life changing world event and we will learn from this as we did with H1N1 virus, EBOLA and other health scares. The problem is today that many people refuse to vaccine and vaccine our youth which is catching up to everyone one way or another, but many don't see that, so maybe they will?!!

As I had mentioned a few years back, our infrastructure, especially man made dams/reservoirs will start to decay which will cause flooding problems in many parts of our country, the U.S. of A. Last year the Missouri river out ran it's banks crushing man made levys along the way and altering driving routes along the interstates and that will continue to do so, until our brain child government figures out that many of today's older dams need help to keeping flood waters from being more destructive than in 2019. We need an intra state type of sharing of water resources to help channel the frozen rivers from exploding into flood waters and possibly decrease the amount of water allowed to flow thru the dams as in the past, if more dams are built miles up river so to speak from the Gavins point or the dams along the mighty Mississippi, farm lands, housing and businesses located just short distances could once again flourish and not succumb to flood waters as many businesses/homes have the past 3 years. California had record drought in 2017 and then the water sheds for that part of the country filled back up with the melt from record snows we had in the Northwest down to California, as with everything Mother Nature balances out things and the talk of Global warming stays rampant among some of the so called "experts". We did not have the technology as we do today to know how our Polar Ice Caps were back 50 to 2,000 years ago. There are theories and such but we don't know how the rivers flowed, how wide they were, how much snow our states really received or how many tornadoes there were or what Hurricanes formed and where they formed until modern technology with satellites, the internet, and views from flying above our earth could show us, along with accurate record keeping with correct thermometers and measures of wind speed, etc. Today's technology is advanced, but it also shows us how things are as they are today and only go back in time from it's record keeping the amount of years when that technology first came out. Our social media and national/world tv always have the smart people to instill fear, not on purpose mind you, but of course they have to sell their news and report on it don't they? I don't feel global warming is critical as mother nature will help us balance out life, but people who build homes along the coast, really should rethink that attitude and help us rebuild our beaches and beach sand instead of building hotels, amusement parks and condos, businesses along waterways and coastal plains. If it was meant to build long sustaining buildings along the waterways, wouldn't mother nature allow it? Certain places in the world you could probably get by in building near waterways but in reality it's wrong! Castles and old medieval dwellings build hundreds of years back will continue to decay and succumb to mother nature and preservation of them in the long run would be to relocate them or just leave them be because as with everything in life, things change. Only pictures will help us with the memories of the old buildings/structures of yesteryear and should be cherished.
Music is actually getting better as new, young artist become more popular such as Billie Eilish, who won many awards this year, 2020 with the Grammys. Remakes of hit songs from the 50's/60's will be remade and resung by new artists who'll make them hits again and the old time music will still be part of our FM radio and XM radio channels. People love streaming these days and many dislike commercials so they speed thru watching shows, but TV still is watched by many on the i-phone, i-pad, laptop and old fashioned now plasma/big screen tvs. A lot of new shows showing multi-racial relationships, etc., continue to be produced and some are hits and why not? That's just how the world is nowadays and people of the world need to embrace the direction and changes our youth are creating because this will be their world when we are not around anymore to help them make decisions or influence their way of living. The gay/lesbian community will continue to make airways on commercials and tv shows as all people have rights to live how they want and have a relationship the way they want that is legal. To me, people are people and all should be treated with kindness and respect, so as they don't violate my way of living.
The World of Rebellion continues as our own country has turned on authority and listens less and many feel they're entitled to something without earning it. Texting, cell phone use to watch movies, You Tube, etc., will continue to grow as people are always on the go and cowardness continues to loom. Drug use among our youth and middle ages will continue to devour souls and wreak havoc on the family core. Fewer people are going to church and many have lost their faith in family values and trying to improve relationships. The growth in single parenthood continues as well as an increase in genders changing into trans genders, making the news and states make stupid decisions which cost them money, such as North Carolina did with an issue of bathrooms? Really people? Well that law didn't last long and North Carolina got back some of their respect when it comes to hosting amateur/professional sports events.
The weather so far this year has been milder than normal with some areas of the country receiving large amounts of rain in areas that didn't need the rain that much down south and we as a country with all our technology as I stated earlier in this page need to wake up and take action to keep flooding from re-occuring as much as it has by identifying where new dams can be built and how much water should be allowed to flow to help water traffic business and to expand water ways to conduct more business, yeah it comes with a price but the price of losing lives, businesses and dwellings are priceless. Hurricane season begins in June however we will see a few more landfall storms this year then we have the past few years with the letters "B", "H", "I", "N" all having an impact on the United States and Caribbean islands thru September. Tornado outbreaks will start in late April to early May in the tornado alley region, with Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma taking the brunt of the storms then again moving into the Illinois, Indiana,Tennessee, Ohio, Kentucky, Carolina region in mid April to early May as our weather has dips in the air streams/jet streams bringing warm moist air colliding with cold dry air creating lift. Snow will return to the northeast with a pre-Easter storm in the New England area, then milder conditions will melt off the snow and normalcy will start with our favorite past time beginning play in early May with a World Series Champion being crowned with a team that was a power in the 80's winning it all in the Dodgers? We will see the Cleveland Indians finally winning a world series in the next 2-3 years to break their drought and sports will be a hit at sports bars and on the tube once again but people will be leary from attending in large masses until people are rest assured another outbreak will not occur.
ISIS has been hardly talked about since their scare tactics were interrupted by stealth assassins taking out a number of their leaders and the world would not tolerate how they disrupted lives with their brutal beheadings of innocent people. We will continue to have terrorist out there to make news, however, we need to allow those countries who have terrorists in their country take out their terrorists, if they need ally support, then the allies who have stealth anti-terror experts help deter and eliminate terrorists. Relationships with world leaders must become solid in order to keep "NUTS" from ruling countries through scare/fear tactics to dictate peoples' lives or those countries people will rebel which could cause a World War 3 in our lifetime through 2027!
